Under the motto “the fundamental triangle for the development of the fashion industry in Angola", Luanda Fashion Summit’s first edition joined protagonists of various areas. The program included fashion shows, expositions, and forums on the future.

 

The trilogy between textile, confection industries, and fashion creators in Angola, is the aim of the initiative of the Ministry for the Economy and Planning, the Ministry for Culture and Tourism, Eventos Arena and Shopping Fortaleza, curated by Kayaya Júnior.

            Throughout three days, Luanda Fashion Summit joined fashion creators, textile confection industry, between fashion shows, conferences, and expositions. To create a modality of Angolan fashion, culture, and industry expansion was the premises that motivated action. Under focus were 50 showcases, along with the fashion shows that took place at Fortaleza Shopping’s rooftop. The future of the fashion market was also debated, arguing strategies and practices amongst the primary-recourses, textiles, confections, and creativity industries.

Carried out, the first edition of Luanda Fashion Summit affirmed the intention of collaborating in the market development, giving to be known and renowned the best that is made in Angola.Sob o mote “o triângulo fundamental para o desenvolvimento da indústria de moda em Angola”, a primeira edição da Luanda Fashion Summit juntou protagonistas de várias áreas. Programa incluiu desfiles, exposições e fóruns sobre o futuro.
