Powerful and special, the Ferrari Daytona SP3 is the latest addition to the 'Icona' series. Inspired by the models that took the podium at the 1967 Daytona 24 Hours race, it will have a limited edition of 599 units.

Worthy of collection, sporty and imposing, the Ferrari Daytona SP3 was presented in November with all pomp and circumstance during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali 2021. At the International Autodrome of Mugello in Italy, the latest addition to the brand of the Cavallino Rampante paraded escorted by two predecessor models of the 'Icona' series, the SP1 and SP2, debuted in 2018. Brilliant and with attributes that make it even more special. Surrounded by fresh technology and refined design, the SP3 was inspired by the cars that shone at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1967. As a tribute to the machines of the past - 330 P3/P4, 330 P4 and 412 P - it adds refined aerodynamics, becoming a two-seater coupe with a removable roof that canconvert it into a convertible in a sort. Exuberant, horizontal bars decorate the front and rear of the Daytona SP3, recalling a distinctive feature of the famous Testarossa. The diagonally opening doors are dazzling, making it even more desirable. More able to circulate on any public road in the world (even displaying windscreens), it gathers all the spices of a sports car, both outside and inside. The seats integrated in the chassis comply with the ergonomic design of high performance cars, while the steering wheel - with paddle-shifts - can beadjusted in height and depth, as well as the pedals. The Bolide also features carbon fibre and leather details, along with a 16-inch instrument panel. With a retro and elegant look, the SP3 has a powerful V12 engine, which makes it accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than three seconds. Pure adrenaline extending to an edition limited to 599 units. Each has a base price of two million euros, but the series is already sold out. Preference to buy the first 499 units went to owners of the SP1 and SP2, and the rest were sold to a select group of Ferrari collectors. All that remains is to wait to see them go on the road, but not until the last quarter of 2022, when the first examples will start to be delivered to their respective owners.
