AurumRed Gold Series ages in high-quality oak barrels for 24 months. It is in Las Pedroñeras, Cuenca, in the heart of Spain, that 300 exclusive bottles are produced every year. They come from 250 centenary vines and belong to Cencibel or Tempranillo (known as Aragonez or Tinta Roriz), Cabernet Sauvigon and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. Found in exclusive restaurants as well as in some stores worldwide, a bottle of AurumRed Gold Series costs 25,000 euros.

It is hand delivered to clients and inside keeps a secret that is also a story of overcoming barriers by the producer Hilario García. It was thanks to an ozone-based therapy that García tackled a lumbar stenosis, but the bad experience was useful to develop an approach to wine production that uses ozone therapy. The water that kill the thirst of the vineyards contains the ozone element helping to avoid fungus spreading on the roots of the vines and guaranteeing it’s health.

The elegant AurumRed Gold Series bottles arrive in wooden boxes with a gold medal. Only 150 units, half of the total produced per year, are available for purchase.
